Sandra Glover Owner/Stylist
My journey as a stylist began over 17 years ago, during this time I have accumulated certifications as a Certified Redken Color specialist and Certified Redken Design Specialist. In my down time I travel the country facilitating educational programs as a Redken Artist in hopes to not only inspire other stylist but to also help them grow in their careers. A great education class will always give inspiration to try something new.
I have always had a passion for art and beauty since I was seven. Growing up I spent my Saturdays at a family friends salon soaking up every bit of knowledge I could. By the time I was in Jr. High I was experimenting with all of my friend’s hair. Art has always been a major influence in my life which started with my Mom and our frequent trips to Art Museums; a day at an Art Museum is fabulous for creativity! However, I gain the most inspiration from observing others, I'm able to draw creative ideas from others own individual art and style. Food and sunsets also inspire me to try the melding of different colors.
I feel it is really important when looking for a stylist to find one who will give you a good consultation for your lifestyle and what looks best for your features. A great stylist should always take the time to sit down and listen to a guest! Lifestyle, hair history, and personal style are always different for every guest that sits in my chair for color. It is really important to customize style and color service for each individual person who enters my salon. For returning color guests, maintenance in-between is so important for their new color to stay vibrant and looking fabulous. You will need professional color shampoo and at home treatments to get the best out of your color application. While hair color is my obsession I also specialize in cuts and special occasion hair. I have a love and passion for my work every day and it is a pleasure to serve my guests beauty needs.
